Above the city runs Martyrs' Lane with its eternal flame and Turkish mosque — and from it spreads Baku's completest panorama: bay, boulevard and Flame Towers across the whole gaze. The funicular lifts straight from the Boulevard with the walk down the finer direction; sunset into lighting shows the tower screens from their best angle; carry the place's dignity — a national memorial before a viewpoint.
