Lushang Plaza is a mixed-use commercial and office complex developed by Lushang Real Estate, at the southeast intersection of Jingshi Road and Yuhan Road, directly adjacent to Quancheng Park. It was designed by the team of architect Cui Kai, who oversaw the design of some Olympic Games facilities in China, and opened in September 2009 as a supporting project for the 11th Chinese National Games, hosted by Jinan that year.

The complex covers roughly 210,000 square meters, including two office towers and 34,000 square meters of sports and fitness facilities, plus a Yinzuo flagship store occupying about 80,000 square meters, one of the largest Yinzuo branches in Jinan. This mix makes Lushang Plaza, including its Block B on Yuhan Road, a practical destination near Quancheng Park.
