A public park built around the hill of Jabal al-Sumra, which rises about 170 meters. It features artificial lakes, waterfalls, a swimming pool, children's play areas, walking trails, restaurants, and cafes, and is one of Hail's most popular public parks thanks to its panoramic views over the city.
