On the old third wall's line grew Kuwait's loveliest modern project: Al Shaheed Park — lawns and running tracks framed by the capital's towers, the underground Habitat museum (Kuwait's nature and migrating birds) and Remembrance museum (the invasion and liberation told with rare eloquence), both free, plus the soaring Constitution monument. Late afternoon peaks beauty and walking (summer means nights only); underground parking is free; in-park cafés serve the green sit.
